What the preset tells the model
You give it the material: the people, places and turning points go into the premise and the characters-and-world notes, and the outline you approve decides which scenes become chapters.
The preset insists that other people are characters with their own interiority, never supporting cast, which is what separates a memoir from a grievance.
Memoir is written as non-fiction, and the shared non-fiction rules apply: plain language, specifics over abstractions, and an absolute rule against inventing quotations, statistics or named people.

Good to know first
- The model only knows what you tell it. Names, dates and places come from your notes; it does not research you or anyone else.
- Memoirs about abuse and hard experiences are allowed and are a common use. The one absolute line is that nothing sexual involving anyone under 18 is depicted; such events are conveyed through aftermath and consequence.
- You own the book and can export it as PDF, EPUB or DOCX without a watermark or byline, or order printed copies for family.

Common questions
Will it make things up about my life?
It is instructed not to invent quotations, statistics or named people, and it has no way to look you up. It dramatises the scenes you describe, so read the draft as your own recollection rendered, and correct anything it got wrong in the Write Studio.
How much do I need to give it?
A premise describing the arc of the story, plus the people, places and turning points in the characters-and-world field, up to 24,000 characters of notes. More specific memories produce more specific scenes.
Can I write about difficult or traumatic events?
Yes. The preset is built for honest reflection and the platform is used for survivor memoirs. The only hard boundary is sexual content involving minors, which is never depicted directly.
