Refund Policy

All sales are final

ScribistIQ is a digital service that consumes third-party compute resources the moment you generate content. All purchases — subscriptions and credit packs — are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept this policy.

This policy applies except where a refund or cancellation right is required by mandatory consumer- protection law that cannot be waived. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately: your subscription and paid plan end at once and revert to the free tier, future billing stops, and your subscription does not renew. We do not provide refunds or proration for the unused portion of the current billing period.

Failed generations

If a generation fails due to a system error on our side, the credit spend is automatically refunded back to your account balance and you may retry without losing your inputs. This is not a monetary refund — your credits remain available for use within the platform.

Chargebacks and disputes

We retain server logs for every generation request, including the originating IP address, browser user agent, timestamp, endpoint, credit cost, and request id. These logs are used to verify service delivery and will be provided to your card issuer if you dispute a charge. Filing a chargeback for content you generated may result in immediate account termination and permanent loss of access to all books, covers, and audio created on the platform.

Try before you buy

Because all sales are final, we encourage you to use the free preview chapter offered to every new account before subscribing. The preview generates a real chapter from your premise so you can evaluate output quality at zero cost.
